Crazy Flooring Deals wants your order to arrive in the same condition it leaves our warehouse. While we can't be responsible for freight once it is handed off to the freight carrier, we only use top ranked, reliable freight companies with proven track records. These include, UPS, FedEx, Southeastern, Watkins Shephard, Express Global, YRC and Averitt.

Shipping Costs

 
Crazy Flooring Deals will acquire the best freight quote for your order. Because of our freight volume in and out of Dalton, we have negotiated discounts with each carrier we do business with. Rest assured you are getting the lowest shipping rate possible for your order; and we do not markup our freight. You pay what we pay. We prefer to ship all order PREPAID. If you want it to be COLLECT, please let your salesperson know. (Typically this has additional COD fees.)

Transit Times

 
If your order is in-stock, it will ship within 24-48 hours from the time it is placed. Special orders will usually ship within 5-7 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the amount of time your order will take to arrive is up to the carrier. Your salesperson will be able to give you a more accurate shipping time based on your specific order. We will also provide you with tracking information once it is received from the freight carrier.

Delivery

 
You or a responsible adult must be present for actual delivery. The carrier will contact you by phone at the number you provided to your salesperson at time of order. Your order will be delivered to the curb and you will need to be able to unload materials from the truck. Depending on your order, you may want to have a couple of extra, strong adults during delivery or the proper vehicle to unload. You will need to make arrangements to move materials into your storage location. The delivery driver will not be able to enter your home.

Delivery Inspection

 
It is your responsibility to inspect your order for accuracy and any evidence of any damage that occurred during transit. You must note this information on the Bill of Lading. Any damage not noted on this page may not be reimbursed. Additional Delivery and Inspection Info
