Return Policy & Restock Fees

 
Our goal is to make sure you get the product you want for your particular residential or commercial installation. Unfortunately, returns are just a part of doing business online. If a return is necessary, please understand and adhere to the following return process.

Condition of Goods

 
All returned items must arrive back to our warehouse in the same condition they were shipped. They must be in the original packaging, boxing, or wrapping. Cartons must not be opened and be returned in new and unused condition. Carpet or Vinyl must not be cut or damaged and must also be returned in new and unused condition. If the item(s) wanting to be returned have been installed, a warranty claim would have to be completed prior to any return authorization.

Return Authorization Number

 
You must acquire a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning any item to our warehouse. You must obtain a RA# within 21 days of receiving your order. Any items received by our warehouse without this number will be refused and customer will be responsible for return freight fees. Stocking items will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Percentage fee for returning non-stocking or special order items will vary depending on the manufacturer. Our claim specialist will be able to provide you with detailed information for your specific order.

Restock Fees

 
If your order has not been cut or processed, there will be no restock fee if you cancel the order. If your order has been cut and packaged; a 20% restock fee will be charged on the order. Special Orders and non-stocking item restock fees depend on the manufacturer. Our claim specialist will be able to provide you with detailed information for your specific order.

Return Freight Charges

 
Return freight costs as well a restock fee up to 20% will also be deducted from your original payment amount for stocking items. Non-stocking or special order items will vary depending on the manufacturer. Freight charges are your responsibility unless materials are being returned at our request or for an error on our end. Our claim specialist will be able to provide you with detailed information for a return on your specific order.

Shipping Errors

 
While it is very unlikely to receive the wrong item ordered, if for any reason this does occur, all return fees as well as additional charges for replacement order are paid by Crazy Flooring Deals. We take great care to make sure this does not happen. Replacement order would also be expedited at our expense.
