Why can't I order online without a salesperson?
Call us old school, but we still believe buying flooring should be done person to person. There are so many variables with any flooring
project, and speaking to a professional salesperson with years of experience just makes the entire process smoother. They will manage your
project to completion. Don't worry, this won't add to the cost of your floors. We have used salespeople for over 65 years, and our prices
are still the lowest in the business.
How are you able to sell brand name flooring for so much less than everyone else?
The short answer is that Beckler's Crazy Flooring Deals can sell at wholesale prices because of our buying power and proximity to the major
carpet manufacturers in Dalton, GA. For 65 years, we have maintained strong relationships with these major mills and suppliers. Combined
with our 104,000 square foot warehouse, we buy truckloads and pass the savings onto our customers. We have survived 2 recessions because serving

Can I drive to your store and shop in person?
Absolutely. If you are within driving distance of Dalton, please come and see us. We have a 26,000 square foot showroom with flooring

Can I buy a brand or product not listed on your website?
Yes. It is almost impossible to list every flooring brand and product available. There are many brands not listed on our website that
you can purchase. If you have a question about a brand not listed, please contact us
via email or just give one of our salespeople a

Do you warranty your products?
Most products offer manufacturing warranties from a few years to lifetime. Every product is different and your sales person can let you
know the warranty of the items you are shopping for. We do have specials and closeouts that may or may not have warranties. A copy of your

What if I don't like my floor?
We take every measure to make sure you will love your new flooring before we ship it to you. We will send you an actual sample of the
material for your approval before it ever leaves our warehouse. While there is always a possibility of unforeseeable issues, we do have

What if I don't receive what I ordered?
This is very rare, but we are human, so errors can occur. If we ship you an incorrect item, we will expedite the correct item at our

How will you treat me after the sale?
We have been in business for over 65 years and have always taken care of our customers. During that time, we have survived 2 major
recessions and have employees who have been here for 30 to 40 years. We also have customers who have been buying from us for decades. Our
